We stayed at a hotel right off Westerstraat, the main shopping area of town. It was quiet and peaceful, just behind the church. Enkhuizen itself is a beautiful place, with plenty of activities like walking, biking, and enjoying the waterfront. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of Holland, including Amsterdam. We were satisfied with our "deluxe" room, which was quite roomy compared to other European hotels. The amenities were basic but comfortable, with two single beds, chairs, a desk, a TV. The water pressure in the shower was great and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options like bread, cereals, yogurt, fruit, meats. The staff was incredibly helpful, recommending a bike rental shop and arranging for our bikes to be delivered to the hotel. We were able to store our bikes in the parking lot, which was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in such a central location. The lobby was welcoming and comfortable, with new furniture, and we appreciated having access to free WiFi. our stay at Suydersee Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff and great location.

The room at Suydersee was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Despite being in the middle of town, the location was surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. The free WiFi was reliable, and the hotel had its own parking lot, which was a great convenience. The breakfast selection had improved significantly, offering a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

No chance to drink a good espresso cafe. Must check out before 10:30, late checkout is an extra 75% of room rate!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location of this place is just perfect, as it is very close to the city center and just a stone's throw away from a charming local small market on Wednesdays. We loved being able to walk to the main street and explore the variety of restaurants and shops that Enkhuizen has to offer. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always available to assist us. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area with a dining table. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The Deluxe room I stayed in at Suydersee Hotel was absolutely stunning! It had a modern design with beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere. I loved the comfortable bed and the coffee/tea making facilities were a nice touch. It made me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the TV in the room a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion.

We stayed in a hotel very close to the city center, which had a lovely Wednesday local small market. The location was ideal, being close to the main street, downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast was basic but sufficient and the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, and we could hear people talking in the next room which made our stay unpleasant.
